Cancellation Policy
A lot goes on behind the scenes to prepare for our events, and our host clubs have kindly blocked time in their busy schedules to accommodate WAG. While nobody likes playing in pouring rain, the show must go on—except when there is lightning, because safety always comes first! Torrential rain can also force the course to close to prevent damage. In these specific cases, the host club will provide you with a certificate, coupon, or credit to return another day for a round of golf and a meal (if you ordered one), which can be redeemed before the end of the 2025 season, which is usually around mid October. Unfortunately, we will not be able to rebook a specific event if it’s canceled due to inclement weather. Please come prepared for the rain (golf umbrella, rain jacket, rain gloves, extra towel, rain hat) and bring along your joy for adventure!
